Blue Dingo Dogs LLC is looking for an individual with a passion for positive reinforcement dog training to join our team to run in-daycare day training, run group classes, conduct private lessons, and work with the training apprentices as needed. This position may occasionally include covering the play yard shifts. Requirements The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of professional experience training dogs of all sizes and ages using positive reinforcement.

CCPDT-KA, PPG

trainer, IAABC Accredited Trainer, Family Dog Mediator, Family Paws Trainer, or similar preferred. Minimum of 1 year as lead trainer in a group class environment. Must be comfortable interacting with clients in a professional and kind manner. Proficient use of positive reinforcement. Actively train and engage with dogs in the daycare yards Ability to think independently and use your best judgment to determine which tasks need to be completed without constant direction from management. Ability to work on your feet, standing, and walking for an extended period of time. This is a physically demanding fast-paced job. Must be comfortable interacting with clients Ability to lift 50 pounds. Ability to restrain dogs weighing up to 100 pounds. Be punctual and dependable Training hours will be paid as commission.
