Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is excited to partner with a top client to hire a reliable andpassionate Dog Walker & Animal Care Specialist in the St. Joseph, MO area. In this rewarding role, you’ll support the wellbeing of dogs through regular walks, socialization, and daily care routines at our client’s pet care research facility.

Location:

St. Joseph, MO

Schedule:

Part-time, 20 hours/week (Mornings between 6:30 AM – 12:00 PM, 4-5 days/week)

Pay Rate:

The anticipation pay rate is between $11.00 – $12.32/hour. Hourly rate may depend on Hourly wage may depend upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors.
Key Responsibilities

• Walk and socialize dogs in a structured, caring environment.
• Ensurepliance with the Animal Welfare Act and all relevant care protocols.
• Follow Nestlé Purina R D Petcare Manual and uphold all Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
• Observe and report any signs of illness or unusual behavior in animals.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of the work area.
• Notify supervisor of any broken equipment or facility issues.
• Support general pet monitoring and growth tracking.
• Participate in regular training and skill development.
  Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience working with dogs preferred.
• Strongmunication andanization skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working early mornings and weekends as needed.
