This role involves interacting with clients, conducting assessments, and implementing training sessions to address common behavioral issues in dogs. The trainer will operate within a designated area and is expected to maintain strong communication with clients and collaborate with the AFDT team. Duties Respond to

Leads :

Engage with potential clients through the CRM within 1-2 hours during business hours, ensuring timely communication.

Conduct Assessments :

Evaluate dogs’ behaviors and needs, schedule appointments, and effectively sell training services and packages.

Training Services :

Provide comprehensive training to dogs while supporting clients throughout the training cycle.

Record Keeping :

Maintain detailed records of client communications and training activities via the PocketSuite app.

Marketing Support :

Assist in marketing efforts by capturing photos of client dogs, requesting reviews, and building relationships with pet professionals.

Ongoing Training Participation :

Actively engage in ongoing training activities offered by AFDT to enhance skills and knowledge. Compliance with

Training Methods :

Adhere strictly to AFDT’s training methods and refrain from external research on dog training techniques.

Skills Communication Skills :

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact with clients and team members effectively.

Dog Training Knowledge :

Understanding of dog behavior and training principles, particularly the leadership-focused techniques endorsed by AFDT.

Organizational Skills :

Ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple client engagements efficiently.

Sales Ability :

Skills in selling training services and packages to potential clients.

Tech-Savvy :
