Who We’re Looking For We’re hiring experienced trainers who: Have at least 3 years of experience in dog training (obedience & behavior). Know how to handle reactivity, anxiety, and behavior modification cases. Are great communicators —training owners is just as important as training the dogs. Want to be part of a structured, professional, and well-run team. What You’ll Do In-Person & Virtual Lessons Train 2-4 private clients per day , either in their home (local to you) or virtually. Follow the training plan set by the Head Trainer. Provide session notes, homework, and client updates in our

CRM. AND/OR

Board & Trains Board 1-3 dogs at a time in your home. Conduct 3-5 lessons per day per dog during their stay. Follow the training plan set by the Head Trainer. Handle daily care —feeding, cleaning, exercise, and structured training. Send daily updates to clients (videos, pictures, text updates). Provide progress reports and communicate any issues to the Head Trainer. Complete end-of-program training for clients. What We Offer $70,000
