If you have a passion for dogs and enjoy spending time outdoors, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Responsibilities Walk and transport dogs of various breeds and sizes in all weather conditions (driving required) Assist in daily training activities with dogs in training Provide fresh water and food as needed during morning, mid day, and evening visits Ensure the safety and well-being of each dog in your care Manage groups of dogs in play situations and free time Follow specific instructions provided by pet owners regarding their pets’ needs Clean up after dogs during walks, in yard, and in kennels Skills Minimum 1 year experience in professional animal care or handling (owning a dog is not included) Willingness to learning and utilize new techniques in dog training and handling Ability to confidently handle dogs of all sizes and temperaments Knowledge of basic dog training techniques is a plus Strong communication skills with pet owners and team members Physical fitness for walking, standing, and occasional heavy lifting If you have a knack for handling dogs, we would love to hear from you!
