Role:

We are a world-class dog training and behavior facility offering dog psychology-based programs ranging from $500 to $60,000. Our clientele includes high-net-worth individuals from the NYC/NJ area and beyond, all seeking a tailored, results-driven experience for their dogs. We’re currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a luxury environment, is confident selling high-ticket services, and excels at nurturing warm leads into closed sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to inbound leads via phone and email from clients requesting more information Conduct detailed consultations and guide clients in selecting the ideal program Confidently explain our dog psychology-based approach and address questions about methodology and training tools (training provided) Maintain follow-up communication through CRM and email tracking tools Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding Meet and exceed sales goals through consistent follow-up and high-touch service

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience selling premium or luxury services ($5K+) Strong closing skills with a relationship-first mindset High emotional intelligence and comfort working with affluent clientele Excellent written and verbal communication Willingness to learn dog psychology methodology and philosophy (training provided) Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and performance-driven Background in pet, wellness, or luxury lifestyle industries is a plus

Compensation:

We’re open to structuring compensation based on experience—this may include a base salary plus commission, or commission-only. Total annual earning potential ranges from $60,000 to $150,000+, depending on experience and performance.
