Overview:

Join our team as a Dog Daycare Attendant and be part of a fun and rewarding environment where you get to spend your days caring for and interacting with dogs.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor dogs in play areas to ensure safe and positive interactions
• Provide basic care such as feeding, watering, and administering medications if needed
• Engage dogs in play activities and provide mental stimulation
• Maintain a clean and sanitary environment in play areas, including cleaning up waste
• Assist with bathing and grooming of dogs as required
• Interact with pet owners, providing updates on their pets’ well-being
• Follow daycare policies and procedures to ensure the safety of all dogs

Experience:

The ideal candidate should possess some of the following skills:

• Experience and comfortability with dogs is a must or in a veterinary industry is a bonus
• Knowledge of dog training techniques is a bonus
• Skills in pet grooming or willingness to learn
• Strong customer service skills for interactions with pet owners
• Ability to handle animals safely and with care
• Previous experience in pet care or handling animals
• Capability for heavy lifting when necessary
