Part-Time or Full-Time (Seasonal, with potential to extend) Balanced Beginnings K9 is potentially looking to add a Training Assistant/Kennel Technician to our team for the summer! This is a hands-on position ideal for someone passionate about dogs, comfortable being physically active all day, and eager to gain or expand experience in the dog training and care industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the training and handling of dogs of all sizes, breeds, and temperaments Use and support balanced training tools and methods Potty, feed, and care for dogs daily Clean and sanitize kennels and common areas to maintain a safe, hygienic environment Communicate with clients professionally in person and over the phone

What We’re Looking For:

Hardworking, thorough, and confident Outgoing and friendly with both dogs and people Maintains a good attitude and works well under pressure, stress, or frustration Physically able to be active and on your feet for most of the day Prior experience working with dogs required Experience with balanced training methods is preferred

Schedule & Benefits:
