Position Summary:
As a Culinary Prep Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in our culinary endeavors, with the potential to grow into leadership positions. Your primary responsibility will involve meticulous food preparation, ensuring each dish meets our standards of excellence. We’re looking for individuals who are not only passionate about food prep but also enthusiastic about taking on new challenges and learning the ropes of event management.

Open to candidates with or without experience Available part-time with the eagerness to transition to full-time Flexible availability, including weekday mornings and weekends Ability to lift 30 lbs Comfort standing for long hours Proficient in handling hot pots/pans Valid driver’s license Willingness to drive/deliver (pick-ups/deliveries) Strong math skills Training provided for Weekend Event Assistant role; availability for 2 out of 4 weekends per month required Understanding of decimals and fractions (very important) Familiarity with basic cooking measurements (t, T, c, oz, lbs, qts) Willingness to wash dishes as needed Willing to act as a key hourly manager Interest in deep cleaning/kitchen projects during non-event weeks Willingness to become Assistant Supervisor (+10 hours) plus weekends
