Job Description
Dog Trainer Apprentice Paws On Learning 4 Hunter Road, Hilton Head Island, SC 29926 Responsible for the care, well-being and proper behavior of dogs participating in obedience training programs. Interest in learning dog training techniques and working as an apprentice trainer. Room to grow with the business and to take over more responsibilities as a dog trainer as experience and qualifications grow. Responsible dog walking skills and sound people communication skills required. Must be comfortable around dogs of all sizes and breeds. Willingness to clean up dog training areas as well as crates, etc. Experience as a kennel technician, veterinarian assistant, equine training experience preferred. Hours are 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. No weekends are required unless candidate is interested in additional opportunities
