The East Alabama Health (EAH) system is located in one of thefastest-growing counties in the state of Alabama. Tokeep up with the growing need of care in the area, we have expandedour facilities multiple times. In 2019, we grew our oncologyprogram significantly with the opening of the Spencer CancerCenter, a $40 million development. In 2021, we opened the AuburnMedical Pavilion in the Auburn University Research Park. ThePavilion houses the East Alabama Medical Center FreestandingEmergency Department, outpatient lab and radiology services, anambulatory surgery center and a specialized Breast Health Center.
