Part-Time Location:

[Decatur and Vicinity] Are you tech-savvy and great with kids? Do you love exploring the latest in smartphones, apps, and social media—and know how to make it exciting and meaningful for young people? If you’re the kind of person kids and teens naturally connect with, we’d love to meet you! We’re a small, mission-driven venture looking for a Digital Navigator to help children and teens develop intentional relationships with their phones, tablets, and other tech. You’ll help demystify the tech they use daily, teaching them how to use basic features while understading what’s happening behind the scenes when they text, post, and engage online.

What You’ll Do:

Teach young users how to navigate their digital devices and services with awareness and confidence Answer questions from kids and parents about device use, privacy, security, and safety Support a positive, well-being-centered approach to technology use

What We’re Looking For:

Comfortable with both iOS and Android mobile devices Strong verbal and digital communication skills Experience working with children (and able to engage well with adults too) Patient, approachable, and genuinely motivated to help others Passion for contributing to a meaningful, socially positive initiative

Nice-to-Haves:

Red Cross First Aid/CPR Certification Mindfulness or social-emotional learning experience

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in progress or formal technical training Prior experience working with children across age groups A current mobile device is required
