We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Holistic Wellness Practitioner to join our team full-time and bring healing through yoga, Reiki, meditation, and sound therapy to clients in recovery.

Position Overview:

As a key member of our wellness team, the Holistic Wellness Practitioner will provide services across our inpatient detox, Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). You’ll facilitate trauma-informed, heart-centered healing experiences that support emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being.

Responsibilities:

Lead individual and group sessions in yoga, Reiki, meditation, sound baths, and mindfulness practices Integrate holistic services with clinical treatment plans in collaboration with the care team Create a safe, welcoming environment that honors each client’s journey Maintain timely and accurate session documentation Adjust sessions to support varying levels of physical and emotional capacity

Qualifications:

Certified Yoga Instructor (RYT 200+ preferred) Certified Reiki Practitioner (Level II or higher preferred) Experience with sound healing and guided meditation 1+ year experience in behavioral health or addiction recovery settings strongly preferred Trauma-informed and client-centered approach Strong communication, grounding presence, and collaborative mindset

Compensation & Benefits:
