Qualifications:
Current cosmetology license (Alabama) Professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication skills Experience with all hair types and textures is a plus Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and preferences. Perform hair styling, cutting, and coloring services while adhering to sanitation standards. Utilize salon software for appointment scheduling and client management. Educate clients on hair care and maintenance, including the application of hair extensions and makeup. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized. assist with retail sales to enhance the salon’s overall performance.
