We strive to have the highest effective wage in the market (base + comm + productivity + tips). Last week our avg effective wage was $31.94/hr. Some make more, some less, but no one earns less than $24/hr. Free shears ($199 msrp) just for coming in for an interview. Hands-on training and $300 signing bonus.
