We are seeking a talented, passionate Hair Braider to join our growing team and help us continue delivering top-tier service with integrity and grace.

Responsibilities:

Provide a variety of professional braiding services, including but not limited to: knotless braids, box braids, feed-in cornrows, twists, and specialty braid styles. Consult with clients to understand their hair goals, recommend styles, and educate them on proper hair care practices. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in compliance with health and safety regulations. Deliver a high standard of customer service, ensuring each client feels valued and cared for. Assist with promoting salon services and retail products, including The Hair Doctor Brand’s proprietary hair care lines. Participate in team meetings, continuing education, and skill-building workshops. Stay current with braiding trends, techniques, and healthy hair practices. Support the overall mission and values of The Hair Doctor Brand by fostering a positive, professional atmosphere.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a professional Hair Braider (portfolio or work samples preferred). Strong knowledge of scalp care, hair maintenance, and protective styles. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Flexibility to work weekends and evenings, if needed. Commitment to continuous learning and growing within the brand. Duties Perform a variety of hair braiding styles, ensuring high-quality results that meet client expectations. Consult with clients to understand their desired styles and provide expert recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, tools, and equipment. Educate clients on hair care techniques and products to maintain their braided styles.
