Responsibilities Provide a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments while ensuring high standards of quality. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and tools in accordance with health regulations. Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations. Upsell products and services to enhance client satisfaction and boost salon revenue. Assist in front desk operations including scheduling appointments using

MINDBODY

software. Mentor junior stylists and assist in training new team members as needed. Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling, barbering, and cosmetology techniques. Perform makeup application services as requested by clients. Experience Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. Proficiency in barbering techniques including straight razor cuts is preferred. Familiarity with retail math to effectively manage product sales is advantageous. Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on customer service. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
