The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in hair styling techniques, along with the ability to provide exceptional customer service. This role involves creating beautiful hairstyles, , and maintaining a clean and sanitized work environment. A commitment to ongoing education and mentoring is essential for success in this position. Duties Provide a range of hair styling services, including cuts, colors, and treatments tailored to client preferences. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations in compliance with health regulations. Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations. Mentor junior stylists, sharing knowledge and skills to foster professional growth within the team. Demonstrate effective communication skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike. Requirements Valid cosmetology license or equivalent certification required. Proven experience in hair styling, barbering, or related fields preferred. Familiarity with retail math concepts to assist in sales transactions effectively. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients. A passion for the beauty industry and a willingness to stay updated on trends and techniques. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
