Full Job Description Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Salon Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Salon Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our salon, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting our stylists in delivering top-notch hair and beauty services. For current or future hair school students we do offer in house stylists training program.

Duties:

• Greet and welcome clients with upbeat positive attitude
• Maintain a clean and organized salon environment, adhering to high standards of sanitation and hygiene.
• Assist stylists and clients with hair treatments, including washing, glazing and brushing out etc.
• Handle cleaning duties such as restocking products, laundry, and sweeping.
• Offer exceptional customer service, ensuring clients leave the salon feeling satisfied and valued.
• Collaborate with the salon team to maintain a positive and supportive work environment.

Requirements:

• Currently in hair school is preferred or done with school.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and organized salon.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
