The ideal candidate will have previous education and salon experience, as well as experience in Redken Professional products. He or she must have a passion for educating, motivating, mentoring, and coaching all Future Professionals and for inspiring and coaching Future Professionals in all aspects. This position requires experience in positive and effective communication, soft skills, professional development. Instructor will follow teaching curriculum for class, keep accurate attendance records, grades for both practical and theory daily, call students who are absent, handle supervision and instruction of all students in the Cosmetology and Full Specialty programs.

Skills/Competencies Required:

Current Florida Cosmetology License Advanced Knowledge in Skin and Nails Preferred Flexible availability Visionary & positive attitude Excellent organization, coaching, and communication skills Skills in supervision, teamwork, documentation, and return on investment Passion for the beauty industry Honest and professional Nights and Saturday Shifts are required.

Job Types:

$18.00 – $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
