As a Barber, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality haircuts, grooming services, and styling to our diverse clientele. Your expertise in various techniques and trends will help enhance the overall experience for our customers. Duties Provide professional barbering services including haircuts, shaves, and beard trims. Utilize hair threading and styling techniques to meet client preferences. Apply makeup and perform eyelash extension services as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and tools. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Manage appointments and client records using MINDBODY or similar software. Assist in retail sales by utilizing retail math skills to promote products effectively. Contribute to store management by ensuring a welcoming environment for all clients. Deliver outstanding customer service to build lasting relationships with clients. Requirements Proven experience in barbering with a valid barbering license. Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively. Familiarity with MINDBODY or similar scheduling software is preferred. Knowledge of retail math for effective product sales is a plus. Proficiency in hair threading, hair styling, makeup application, and eyelash extensions is highly desirable. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
