Full Job Description Overview:

We’re seeking a passionate, self-motivated Hair Stylist with experience in curly and coily hair to join our luxury salon. What You’ll Do:

Provide expert styling, cutting, and color services with a focus on curly, coily, and textured hair. Perform high-ticket services including amino acid treatments, custom color, and extensions. Educate guests on holistic scalp and hair health and recommend take-home regimens. Maintain a clean, organized station and contribute to overall salon cleanliness. Manage your schedule professionally and respect each client’s time and experience. Grow your income through upselling, prebooking, and client retention strategies.

Qualifications:

2+ years behind-the-chair experience preferred. Strong foundational knowledge in hair coloring, with an understanding of color theory.(training available if foundational skills exist). Confident working with natural/textured hair (training available if foundational skills exist). Experience with luxury services (or a willingness to learn and grow into them).

Commission-mindset:

goal-oriented and excited to grow a high-earning clientele. Must be available to work evenings once a month and weekends. Licensed in the state of Florida.
