Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients’ needs and preferences.
• Perform a variety of hair styling services, including cutting, coloring, and styling hair based on clients’ requests.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients and staff.
• Utilize cosmetology and barbering skills to deliver top-notch services to clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired look and provide professional recommendations.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in the industry to offer innovative services.
• Utilize premium skills such as hair extensions and color theory to enhance clients’ overall experience.
• Manage salon software and appointments efficiently to streamline operations.
• Demonstrate expertise in retail sales to promote and sell hair care products to clients.
