Our barbers and stylists are skilled in classic and current techniques to give you the look you want. We are seeking full-time or part-time positions. We typically work a four day work week. professional, ambitious, energetic, and experienced Barbers and Hair Stylists who enjoy a team atmosphere and offer excellent service to join our growing team at our Barber shop & salon to generate high volume repeat business and new clients. We offer education classes to stylist, top of the line products and so much more.

• Job Description:

• We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Master Barber/Stylist to join our elite team.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience:

• 1 + years of professional experience preferred. Just graduating school, we do offer mentorship and on the job training.

• Skills:

• Proven expertise in a broad range of hair cutting, coloring, and styling techniques. Must be adept at both classic and contemporary styles with an eye for detail.

• Creativity:

• A portfolio demonstrating innovative cuts, colors, and styling that showcase your artistic talent.

• Clientele:

• Ability to build and maintain a loyal client base while also engaging with walk-ins and new clients.

• Professionalism:

• Excellent interpersonal skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

• Education:

• Certification from a recognized cosmetology or barbering school; additional training or education in specialized techniques is a plus.
• Sales
• Must sell retail products. Earn 20% commission on all sales

• Responsibilities:

• Perform hair services including but not limited to cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments.
• Consult with clients to understand their vision and deliver personalized services.
• Participate in ongoing education to stay updated with the latest trends and techniques.
• Contribute to the salon’s atmosphere by adhering to standards of cleanliness, organization, and luxury.
• Engage in promotional events, styling for fashion shows, or editorial work as opportunities arise.
