What You’ll Do:
Provide expert-level hair cutting, coloring, and styling services aligned with Aveda’s premium standards. Build lasting client relationships through personalized consultations and top-tier service. Mentor and inspire junior stylists while upholding a culture of excellence and creativity. Stay ahead of industry trends through ongoing education and advanced Aveda training.
What We’re Looking For:
Licensed cosmetologist with 5+ years of professional salon experience. Aveda background or certification strongly preferred. Mastery in color, cuts, and contemporary styling techniques. A team-oriented attitude and natural leadership ability. An established clientele is a plus, but not required.
