Part-Time to Start | Weekends Required New Concept Beauty Bar is an upscale, modern beauty spa known for providing an exceptional client experience. We’re currently seeking a motivated and experienced Hair Stylist who is looking to grow with a fast-paced, expanding brand. This position starts as part-time with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role for the right candidate. We’re looking for a stylist who is confident in their craft, passionate about helping clients look and feel their best, and ready to contribute to a team-oriented environment. Training will be provided in trending Head Spa services , making this a unique opportunity to expand your skill set.

Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality hair services including cutting, styling, blowouts, and treatments Confidently consult with clients to recommend services and products Maintain a clean and professional work environment Upsell services and retail products (upselling is a must) Build and retain a loyal client base Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive, professional atmosphere Opportunities for

Qualifications:

Valid Florida Cosmetology License At least 1 year of experience behind the chair preferred Strong interpersonal skills and a go-getter mentality Weekend availability is required Must be dependable, flexible with scheduling, and eager to grow professionally We’re looking for someone who is ready to take initiative, passionate about beauty and wellness, and excited about the potential to build a long-term career with us.
