We need a self motivated, hard working, Good with communication skills, and interested in learning new services at Eye Candy. We just moved and have a large salon that does many services, Hair, nails, lashes, pedicures and PMU. If you are looking for a new place to work and be at long term, Please call us! We will be flexible with scheduling and do have the option of hourly pay 3 days a week to learn our computer system. This is commission based work. We do offer Aflac for life insurance and accidental, etc.. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and preferences. Perform hair styling and coloring services, utilizing Redken products and techniques. Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in accordance with industry standards. Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships. Stay updated on hair trends and techniques, including hair extensions and color theory. Assist with front desk operations and retail sales as needed. Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Proficient in hair styling and sanitation practices Licensed cosmetologist Knowledge of color theory and hair extensions Familiarity with salon software, particularly Salon Iris, Day Smart Experience in retail sales Competence in front desk operations
