You will also assist stylists with various tasks and contribute to the overall efficiency of the salon. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about hair care and customer service. Responsibilities Greet clients warmly and ensure they feel comfortable during their visit. Perform shampooing and conditioning treatments with attention to detail. Assist stylists in preparing clients for their services, including applying capes and towels. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shampoo area and salon equipment. Help manage inventory by restocking products as needed. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and inquiries. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow within the salon. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Experience or knowledge in color application is a plus. Retail sales experience to assist in promoting products effectively.
