• Job Description:

• 5+ years perform advanced hair care and color services, including precision haircuts, balayage, ombr, color correction, keratin and Brazilian Blowout treatments, and custom styling.

Provide personalized consultations, recommend suitable treatments and products, and maintain high standards of customer service and cleanliness. Upsell retail products and additional services to maximize client satisfaction and salon revenue. Maintain accurate client records using salon management software.###

• Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma
• Minimum 5
• years of progressively responsible experience
• as a hair stylist in a full-service salon
• Valid Florida Cosmetology License
• Demonstrated advanced proficiency in
• color correction, keratin smoothing systems, balayage, and precision cutting, original air touch, highlights, shatush, wedding hairstyle, make up, braiding hair
• Experience using salon software
• such as Mango mint
• Must be available to work
• evenings, weekends, and holidays on location services
• Must be fluent in
• English
• Fluency inUkrainian andRussian strongly preferred
