Silver Salons & Spas is expanding, and we’re looking for a dynamic Area Manager who is also a licensed Hairstylist to support salon operations and deliver exceptional service to our senior living communities. This hybrid role is perfect for a hands-on leader who enjoys working behind the chair while also mentoring stylists and maintaining salon excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide hairstyling services to residents with professionalism and compassion Support the Regional Manager with hiring, training, and team development Ensure salon cleanliness, compliance, and high standards of resident care Foster a positive, supportive environment for both clients and team members
Qualifications:
