Barber Berto’s Barbershop West Palm Beach, FL 33405 Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hair cutting and styling, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service. As a Barber, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality grooming services while ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for clients. Your expertise in various techniques and trends will help enhance our clients’ experiences and satisfaction. Responsibilities Provide a range of barbering services including haircuts, shaves, and beard trims. Utilize techniques such as straight razor shaving and hair threading to achieve desired results. Apply color theory knowledge to assist clients with hair coloring services. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and equipment according to health regulations. Engage with clients to understand their grooming needs and preferences, offering personalized recommendations. Upsell additional services and products to enhance client satisfaction and experience. Use salon software for appointment scheduling, client management, and record keeping. Mentor junior barbers or apprentices by sharing expertise and best practices in barbering techniques. Experience Proven experience as a Barber or in a similar role within the beauty industry is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Familiarity with salon software systems is a plus. Knowledge of makeup application techniques is beneficial but not required.
