The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in hair braiding techniques and a keen eye for style, ensuring that each client leaves feeling beautiful and satisfied. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Duties Perform various hair braiding styles, ensuring precision and creativity in each design. Sanitate tools and workstations to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations. Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries. Upsell additional services such as hair treatments or styling products to enhance the client experience. Mentor junior staff or interns in hair braiding techniques and best practices. Stay updated on current trends in hair braiding, color theory, and makeup application to provide informed advice to clients. Requirements Proven experience as a Hair Braider with a portfolio showcasing your work. Knowledge of cosmetology principles, including color theory and makeup application. Familiarity with hair threading techniques is a plus. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Ability to sanitize tools properly and maintain hygiene standards in the salon. Experience in upselling services or products is preferred but not mandatory.
