This position offers support to all customers and other departments at our corporate offices. Share your passion and expertise in a business-casual office environment. This position requires an understanding of the beauty industry and in-depth communication with stylists, salons, and/or distributor partners. Training will be provided. The ideal candidate will also have a Cosmetology License, but it is not mandatory. This is a full-time, in-office position located in Boca Raton, Florida.

The Customer Service Specialist will:

Answer calls and emails regarding pricing, product knowledge and usage, and ordering needs (consumer and professional). Work directly with salons and clients by taking product orders, giving product knowledge information, and handling any other customer service issues. Support customers/accounts and serve as a main point of contact for large accounts and new customers. Provide comprehensive conflict resolution and problem solving. Assist sales, education, and marketing departments with specialized projects or initiatives.

The ideal candidate must:

Live in the area of the corporate office in Boca Raton and have reliable transportation. Have a strong work ethic, be organized and deadline oriented. Have excellent communication skills including speaking and writing. Show a positive attitude when dealing with customers and handling customer service-related questions/issues. Be comfortable working on a computer (training will be provided on our system). A Cosmetology License or cosmetology background is preferred, or beauty industry experience. Hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00am to 6:00pm. This is a full-time position. We have excellent medical, dental, vision and life insurance benefits.
