As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful hairstyles, providing consultations, and ensuring client satisfaction while maintaining a clean and organized salon environment. Duties Provide professional hair styling services including cuts, colors, and treatments tailored to individual client needs. Apply hair extensions and eyelash extensions with precision and care. Utilize straight razor techniques for advanced styling options. Consult with clients to understand their desired looks and offer expert advice on styles and products. Maintain knowledge of color theory to achieve the best results for clients’ hair color requests. Sanitate tools and workstations according to health and safety regulations to ensure a clean salon environment. Communicate effectively with clients to build rapport and encourage repeat business. Assist in retail sales by applying retail math skills to recommend appropriate products for clients’ hair care needs. Qualifications Valid cosmetology license required. Braiders and Locticians are welcome Proven experience in hair styling, including proficiency in hair extensions and eyelash extensions. Strong understanding of color theory and ability to execute various coloring techniques. Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with clients effectively. Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the salon environment.
