The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of various hair techniques and styles, including hair extensions, barbering, and eyelash extensions. This role requires excellent communication skills, a commitment to customer satisfaction, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. As a Hair Stylist, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity while providing exceptional service to our clients. Responsibilities Provide professional hair styling services, including cutting, coloring, and styling hair according to client preferences. Apply hair extensions and perform hair threading techniques as requested by clients. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations in compliance with health and safety regulations. Assist with front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries. Mentor junior stylists and provide guidance on best practices in hair care and styling techniques. Utilize retail math skills to assist clients with product recommendations and sales. Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Experience Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role in a salon environment is preferred.
