We value creativity, customer service, and a commitment to excellence in every aspect of your work. Responsibilities Provide professional hair cutting, styling, and grooming services to clients. Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable styles. Perform beard trims and shaves with precision and care. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, tools, and equipment. Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals. Mentor junior barbers or apprentices by sharing knowledge and techniques. Stay updated on the latest trends in barbering, hair styling, and grooming techniques. Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction. Requirements Proven experience in hair styling and barbering is essential. Proficiency in makeup application is a plus but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Knowledge of retail math to assist with product sales is beneficial. Understanding of color theory for potential coloring services is an advantage. Experience in nail care is a nice-to-have skill but not mandatory. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
