The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various cutting techniques, styling, and grooming services, while providing exceptional customer service. As a Barber, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the appearance and confidence of our clients through expert haircuts, shaves, and additional grooming services. Responsibilities Perform haircuts, shaves, and beard trims using various techniques including straight razor shaving. Sanitate tools and workstations to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients. Maintain an organized workspace and ensure all equipment is in good working condition. Requirements Valid barbering license or certification from an accredited institution. Proven experience as a Barber with a strong portfolio of work. Proficiency in straight razor techniques and various haircutting styles. Knowledge of sanitation practices and ability to maintain cleanliness in the salon environment. Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards clients. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated A passion for the beauty industry with a willingness to learn new techniques and trends.
