• Responsibilities:

• Assist stylists with various tasks including shampooing, conditioning, and preparing clients for services.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of salon stations, equipment, and common areas.
• Greet clients warmly, escort them to their designated areas, and ensure their comfort throughout their visit.
• Manage appointment bookings, answer phone calls, and handle client inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
• Support stylists during hair color applications, treatments, and other technical services.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies as needed.
• Uphold salon standards of excellence in service delivery and customer satisfaction.
