Hairstylist Allori Blow Dry Bar Belleair Bluffs, FL 33770 Job Overview We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic salon team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service while showcasing their creativity and expertise in hair styling. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality hair services, building client relationships, and maintaining a welcoming salon environment. Duties Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client needs and preferences. Utilize knowledge of color theory to create customized hair color solutions for clients. Maintain accurate client records using salon software Offer additional services such as eyelash extensions, waxing, and make up to enhance the overall client experience. Mentor junior stylists and assist in their professional development within the salon environment. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the work area, tools, and equipment in compliance with health and safety regulations. Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service, ensuring repeat business and referrals. Qualifications Valid cosmetology license is required. Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. Strong understanding of color theory and various hair techniques including cutting, coloring, and styling. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
