As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair care services to our clients, ensuring they leave feeling confident and satisfied. Your expertise in various hair techniques and trends will contribute to creating a welcoming and stylish environment for our clientele. We are looking for a Booth renter Stylist who is established in the area. Must be drama free as we are a small family style salon. Responsibilities Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments. Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services. Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling, coloring techniques, and products. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and tools. Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Educate clients on proper hair care techniques and product usage. Assist in retail sales by recommending products that meet client needs. Skills Proficient in color theory and application techniques. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. A valid cosmetology license is required. We have a very laid back, comfortable environment.
