As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering a range of hair services while ensuring that clients feel valued and satisfied with their experience. Your expertise in hair styling and knowledge of the latest trends will contribute to our salon’s reputation for excellence. Duties Provide professional hair styling services, including cutting, coloring, and texturizing. Apply hair extensions and perform hair threading techniques as requested by clients. Utilize straight razor techniques for precision cuts and styles. Offer eyelash extension services to enhance clients’ overall appearance. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations in accordance with health regulations. Engage with clients to understand their needs, providing recommendations on styles and products. Upsell retail products that complement the services provided, utilizing retail math skills to manage inventory effectively. Ensure a welcoming atmosphere by communicating effectively with clients and team members. Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continually enhance skills. Experience Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role in a salon environment is preferred. Proficiency in various hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and chemical treatments. Experience with hair extensions, eyelash extensions, hair threading, nail care, and straight razor techniques is highly desirable. Strong communication skills to interact positively with clients and understand their preferences. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
