The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in cosmetology and hair styling, with the ability to create stunning looks that enhance our clients’ natural beauty. You will be responsible for providing exceptional hair care services, including cutting, coloring, and styling, while ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for every client. Duties Provide professional hair cutting, coloring, and styling services to clients. Consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences, offering expert advice on styles and treatments. Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and techniques to provide innovative services. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to salon hygiene standards. Utilize salon software such as

for scheduling appointments and managing client records. Perform additional services such as eyelash extensions and nail care as needed. Mentor junior stylists or apprentices, sharing knowledge and techniques to foster their development. Communicate effectively with clients to build rapport and ensure satisfaction with services provided. Skills Proficient in cosmetology practices with a strong understanding of color theory and hair styling techniques. Experience with salon software, particularly MINDBODY, for efficient appointment management. Knowledge of eyelash extension application techniques is a plus. Strong mentoring skills to guide less experienced team members. Excellent communication skills to engage with clients effectively. Familiarity with barbering techniques is advantageous.
