As a Barber, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality haircuts, shaves, and grooming services while ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for clients. Responsibilities Provide professional haircuts, shaves, and grooming services tailored to client preferences. Consult with clients to understand their desired styles and recommend appropriate services. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, tools, and equipment. Stay updated on the latest trends in hairstyles and grooming techniques. Utilize various tools such as scissors, clippers, straight razors, and combs effectively. Perform hair coloring and styling as requested by clients. Offer additional services such as hair threading, makeup application, and nail care when applicable. Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication skills. Skills Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs. Knowledge of retail math to manage product sales accurately. Understanding of color theory for effective hair coloring services. Proficiency in hair threading techniques for precise grooming.
