As a Hair Stylist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hair care services to our clients while ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere. You will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and expertise in various hair styling techniques, contributing to the overall satisfaction and loyalty of our clientele. Duties Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments tailored to each client’s needs. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations in accordance with industry standards. Utilize salon software for appointment scheduling, client management, and inventory tracking. Assist with retail sales by recommending products that enhance client satisfaction and meet their hair care needs. Mentor junior stylists or apprentices, sharing knowledge and techniques to foster their professional growth. Manage front desk responsibilities including greeting clients, answering inquiries, and handling payments. Skills Ability to sanitize tools and maintain a clean working environment consistently. Knowledge of barbering techniques is a plus. Excellent mentoring skills to guide less experienced staff members. Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanor to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
