Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to salon clients
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired hairstyle and provide appropriate recommendations
• Perform hair styling services such as cutting, coloring, and styling hair
• Conduct hair threading and nail care services as needed
• Mentor and train junior stylists on advanced techniques and trends
• Sanitize and maintain salon tools and equipment
• Perform straight razor shaves for male clients
• Apply makeup for special occasions or events

Qualifications:

• Minimum of [X] years of experience as a Hair Stylist
• Proficient in a wide range of hair styling techniques and trends
• Strong knowledge of hair threading, nail care, and makeup application
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Familiarity with salon software such as MEEVO is a plus
