Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Skills Proficient in barbering techniques, including hair cutting, shaving, and styling. Experience with store management practices to ensure smooth daily operations. Familiarity with MINDBODY or similar scheduling software is preferred. Strong mentoring skills to guide less experienced staff members. Ability to drive retail sales through effective customer engagement. Excellent communication skills for building rapport with clients. Knowledge of makeup application techniques is a plus. Experience in hair threading is desirable but not mandatory.
