Braids team. Job Overview As a Braider, you will provide exceptional braiding services while also contributing to a positive salon environment. The ideal candidate will understand of various braiding techniques and hair care practices. This role requires attention to detail and excellent communication skills to ensure client satisfaction.

https://joibeaute.com/pages/braiders Duties Washing/Conditioning/Steam Treatment by client request only (At some locations and/or shifts there is a wash-person on site expected to be paid by braider only when they use them). Perform a variety of braiding styles: CornUnderwig Braids, Knotless Braids, Boho Braids and consultations for undecided/new clients. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, tools, and equipment. Utilize Vagaro, StyleSeat, Fresha, or similar software for scheduling appointments and managing client records. Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to refine skills in color theory, straight razor techniques, and retail math. Requirements Braiders are not required to be licensed however prefer the following: Cosmetology Operator, Natural Hair, Hair Weaving, active/valid out of state licenses. If you are in progress of completing license you may still apply! Proven experience in braiding and hair styling. Work examples photos/videos required).
