Summary As a Cosmetologist at Lu’s Wigs, you will play a vital role in enhancing the beauty and confidence of our clients. Located in a dynamic environment, you will provide a range of cosmetology services while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities Custom cutting wigs (layers, curtain bangs, fringes, bobs, etc.) Professional coloring services including root melts, highlights, lowlights, balayage and toning Washing, deep conditioning, and styling wigs for client orders and website listings Maintaining quality standards across all hairpieces Bleaching knots on wigs Consult with clients as needed to understand their beauty needs and recommend suitable services. Apply knowledge of color theory to create beautiful hair color results. Maintain a clean and organized workspace Utilize software as needed for scheduling appointments and managing client records. Mentor junior staff members in cosmetology techniques and customer service best practices. Requirements Valid cosmetology license in the state of practice. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
