The ideal candidate will have a flair for creativity and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering a variety of hair services while ensuring each client feels valued and satisfied with their experience. Duties Provide professional hair styling services, including cuts, colors, and treatments tailored to individual client needs. Utilize hair threading techniques to enhance client appearance. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to salon hygiene standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service. Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling, color theory, and salon techniques. Use salon software such as Boulevard for scheduling appointments and managing client records. Collaborate with team members to create a positive salon environment. Skills Proficient in hair styling techniques with knowledge of color theory. Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction. A valid cosmetology license is required; barbering skills are an advantage. Ability to effectively use salon software, including Boulevard. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor. $22.06 – $28.02 per hour Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
