Located at 90 Elm Street in West Springfield, you will have a tremendous opportunity to establish a large client base. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, a self starter and well organized. He or she should have a commitment to providing exceptional service to their clients. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality haircuts, shaves, and grooming services while ensuring a welcoming and friendly atmosphere in the shop Responsibilities Perform haircuts, shaves, and grooming services tailored to client preferences. Utilize straight razors and other barbering tools with precision and care. Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to health and safety standards. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable styles or treatments. Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, answering inquiries, and managing payments. Contribute to store management by maintaining inventory levels and assisting in promotional activities. Experience Proven experience in barbering with a valid barber license. Strong communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
